Jennifer Hayes My sister-in-law gave me her mother-in-laws ring because she knew I loved pearls. Yep, thats a mouthful. And, it was devastating to me that after years of wear, i knocked the pearl clean off on a hike. (Yes, I took that hike 2x that day...pearl nowhere to be found) The empty ring sat in my case with my original wedding band while I wore my plain band I bought here just for the purpose of hiking. Oh, the irony. For Valentines this year, I thought Id get it back up and running, and Arden did not let me down. I got a great price and a beautiful new pearl. Ring back on my finger in just days!! Rob Scharf I had been to a number of jewelry stores looking for a nice watch to go on a silver & turquoise band I have had since 1977. The stores did not have anything &/or the personnel were snooty. That is until I walked into Ben Bridge at the Roseville Galleria where Vanessa G offered assistance. She was FANTASTIC. She guided us through the pros and cons of many watches at various price points and considered what watch would fit on my band. Once we selected the watch, Vanessa jumped through hoops to be sure the new watch fit my wrist with the new band then moved the watch to my old, sentimental band. She had to make some adjustments to my band so it fit perfectly and she did it flawlessly. Thank you to Vanessa G and Ben Bridge for making one very happy customer!! I will be back when buying something for my wife.

Ava Apple Hi Ho Silver has BEAUTIFUL stuff! Every time I am in there, I see something new that I want. Victoria has been in business for many years and is very knowledgeable about her merchandise. I also really enjoy watching her interact with her regular customers of all ages. Shop hours are limited, but its worth scheduling a time to go to the shop.
