Mariah Craig the best of the best! if youre looking to get permanent jewelry - these girls are kind, patient, professional & provide the best experience possible. from the second you show up, they greet you so warmly! they let you take your time in deciding which chain you want & when you are being fitted, they make you comfortable enough to say "actually, can it be tighter/looser?". I have had some of their jewelry on for over a year now & it STILL looks brand new! my boyfriend & some of my family have got linked with them & Ill continue to send everyone I know to them!

Erika Gaona Worst place to come get your newborn baby’s ears. They tell you one price but charge you another. Before piercing my ears I asked the lady with the highlights what is the price? She told me $40 I checked my credit card and I was being charged $70. I go back to ask for a $30 refund and the Asian lady gives me $20 scamming me the $10 not much of a difference but stealing from your customers is crazy. But crazy. Don’t ever come here.

Mary Suppiger I popped into this store to look at just a simple ring, and I was treated very well. The staff was so welcoming and helpful. They made my experience so special, and provided wonderful customer service. Shout out to Javi. He is awesome. There was also another taller, white gentleman that helped me, but I forgot his name unfortunately. He was amazing at helping me find the right size. I left with a beautiful ring, and the desire to give this store more of my business. They made me truly feel like everyone is welcome.

Gio Yorkshire Preliminarily called around noon, was told to come in around 5:00 about getting a necklace shortened, came im at 5:00 ans guy was prompt and courteous, immediately got to work on my chain and fixed another imperfection on it at no extra charge! I am very happy with service and best of all is that he does it eight in front of you, so you can rest assured your piece won’t be sent out who knows where and might end up getting a different piece of jewelry at the end, Again I’m happy and his prices are extremely reasonable! Judy Jacques My daughter had given my mom and I matching “peas in a pod” bracelets for Mother’s Day, but they were too long. We tried a jeweler on Mooney to see if they could shorten them, but they didn’t seem interested. We went downtown to Raphael’s, and one week later we had 3 bracelets that fit us perfectly. They were so kind and accommodating. This is the only jewelry store I will shop in from now on. Everyone has beautiful jewelry, but this level of customer service is hard to find.
