Susan Farrell I had a ring with a blue topaz in it, and I wanted to take the stone out and replace it with a yellow/orange sapphire I have. Ali did an excellent job in replacing the stone, at a more than reasonable price. The other store prices were very high, and I didnt receive good customer service. The ring was ready in less than 48 hours. He is making me a necklace with the blue topaz stone; I cant wait to see it. He gave me good suggestions and options in the design. He also has very nice jewelry in his shop at good prices. Highly recommended!

Gregory Poole What a great old school business. Staff was friendly and professional. Yet very personal. Sadly the owner said she was retiring after over 40 years. I had them add two links to an Omega Seamaster. Very fair price. I had a very delightful delightful conversation with the owner. A very personable Lady. Great service. Sad we are losing places like this. All my Best to the professional and friendly staff.

Oscar Flores Have had my wife’s wedding ring for over 4 years and never had a problem. Purchased at this location. Took it in for a cleaning and lost 2 diamonds off the ring in less than 24hrs. Called to see what can be done and the only answer I get is “the ring is no longer under warranty” this is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been a customer for over 10 years and purchased thousands in jewelry. Will never return to do business again and i highly recommend if you are seeking any kind of service that has to do with jewelry you do not visit this locating.

Kelly Kismyass We called the store and talked with Renee who was very helpful in finding the bracelet we were looking for and told us how to see and try it on in the parking lot (due to the mall being closed because of Covid-19). She met us at the designated parking spot and Renee met had the exact bracelet we were looking for and another option that she thought my wife might have liked. Ralph Boniello I happened upon Lala Jewelry recently at a music festival. I had been looking for a ring and/or necklace for myself for a few years now. Im picky, and I wanted the right stone and the right piece to frame it. I wanted something bold, beautiful, and unique. I wanted to feel like Im wearing art. Upon entering the booth I was immediately struck by her pieces- both her choices of stones and the craftsmanship of the overall pieces. I came away with a ring and a necklace, and love them both.
