Andrew Huerta Perla was Amazing to work with. Perla had great attitude and was very patient, she help guide me to a beautiful engagement ring when I originally went in for a promise ring. She had very good knowledge of the pieces that were shown and was able to answer all my questions in regards to the different metals and diamonds. I would definitely recommend this Kay’s and Perla.

Jennifer Hayes My sister-in-law gave me her mother-in-laws ring because she knew I loved pearls. Yep, thats a mouthful. And, it was devastating to me that after years of wear, i knocked the pearl clean off on a hike. (Yes, I took that hike 2x that day...pearl nowhere to be found) The empty ring sat in my case with my original wedding band while I wore my plain band I bought here just for the purpose of hiking. Oh, the irony. For Valentines this year, I thought Id get it back up and running, and Arden did not let me down. I got a great price and a beautiful new pearl. Ring back on my finger in just days!! This may very well be my go-to jeweler when I need honest, fair jewelry help!! Im so happy!

Mike Hughes My wife and I went to monterey for a vacation. We stopped in Steinbecks and my wife found a set of earrings that didnt hurt her ears. They were not super expensive , 80 dollars. When we got home we received either an e mail or card thanking us for shopping there. Thats cool. Very nice. fast forward to this christmas. My wife lost the earrings. We looked every where. She liked them so much she brought it up every day. I said hey maybe the note they sent us means they kept track of what you bought. Ruth Ann Barrett Must visit this shop in Santa Cruz. Sarah is top notch jewelry designer as well as a collector of objets dart which are not necessarily very pricey but you value for their beauty and craftsmanship. In addition to earrings I bought some wonderful Japanese incense, a small Asian inspired round wooden box with cover for my smaller earrings I wear frequently, and a long necklace to dress up some plain T’s I wear in the summer. I spent a good bit of time in the shop and enjoyed the conversation with Sarah as she re-strung one of her necklaces I inadvertently broke and which was a gift from a friend. Here are some pics of my “finds.” It took an hour to drive from the East Bay to enjoy the day at the beach to include, of course, a visit at the Salt Jewelry studio and then lunch!
