Mario took the time to show us everything we were interested in without ever making us feel rushed, and he made the whole moment feel special. Mary interacted with us the entire time, sharing her own ring story, which made the experience even more meaningful. I truly appreciate you both! I brought in a lone diamond and asked if it was possible to place it onto an engagement setting I’d seen at their store. We explored various options, styles, and possibilities, ultimately finding one that worked best. He was always sure to be upfront about the pricing, timing, and was available by phone and email to give updates. He made my dream engagement ring, and it turned out exactly how I’d hoped.
