Paul was upfront about pricing and their markup; this was refreshing as most jewelers do not disclose this information. Paul described the process of selecting a loose stone and he helped me find the perfect diamond! The diamond was 2 color grades and 1 clarity grade higher for the same price I was quoted somewhere else. The engagement ring was delivered on the promised day and I had a chance to review the CAD before the ring was made. Overall, an awesome experience!

Paul helped us find the perfect diamond, a 2 carat antique old-mine cut with color and clarity matching the diamonds in my heirloom engagement ring... not an easy thing to find! We gave them ideas for the design we wanted, and Laura came back with CAD images that we fine-tuned until we had the perfect design. We wanted a special rose gold color to match my engagement ring, and they were able to match the color exactly. Three years later, and I look at my ring every day and think about how perfect it is. For something as special as a wedding ring or engagement ring I cannot say enough positive things about my experience and highly recommend coming here.
