Tessa Pulido I had an amazing experience working with Emily!! I had an idea of an engagement ring design, but Emily brought it to life (pic attached)! Before this, I had never heard of the four Cs or done any research on engagement rings besides a few image searches. Emily was extremely prepared for our appointment and asked many questions about even the most minute details, which made me feel confident in her knowledge and approach towards designing a ring. She was patient with me when it came to the sapphire color (didnt realize I was so picky) and helped me angle the stones using a quick design tool on her computer. All wedding bands were available for the engagement ring appointment, which helped me decide which band fit best. The office is a lovely space and all staff were very friendly! Highly recommend this location and definitely Emily, since she did a fantastic job using only a few Pinterest screenshot reference photos :)

I needed a plain open gold band for my wedding stack, my diamond eternity ring was scratching my engagement ring and this chunky gold band it’s perfect to keep my other rings from rubbing against each other. Harrison Cunningham My wife and I have been going to DeVons for the last few years for various things such as ring resizing, cleanings, and engravings and a few small jewelry purchases. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They are also a Rolex AD and I put my name on the list for a GMT-Master II BLRO knowing how hard they are to get. My wife and I stayed in contact with Matt who was open and honest with us about the process. We really enjoy talking to Matt about the watches they sell and appreciate the time he takes with us every time we are there. Unbeknownst to me, Matt let my wife know that he has a BLRO for us a day before Valentines Day, so I got an awesome present! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Megan van Krieken I came in to get my watch battery replaced. The repair person discovered that whoever did it before had glued down the battery. He kept the watch and not only replaced the battery but also replaced a missing gasket. He cleaned out some moisture that had collected due to the missing gasket. He did this in his home workshop and dropped it off at my house the next day. Amazing service!! Highly recommend.

Melissa Baker The experience was great. She was super patient and sweet. I would give 5 stars without hesitation, but the jewlery is not great. My friend and I got matching anklets and they are turning our skin black. With the price (150 plus a tip), and the fact supposed to last a very long time, its not favorable having a black ring around your skin every day. I would spend a little more and go with somewhere that offers actual gold/silver chains.
