Kristin Maczko What a lovely shop and owner! I came in to get jewelry repaired. The owner advised me that while she could do the repair, it would be expensive relative to the inexpensive cost of the jewelry itself. She offered to do the repair if I wanted, and when I declined she took the time to do a free partial repair to get me up and running - so kind! We got to chatting, and I learned that she has owned the store for 50 years, and she makes the jewelry (and even the hanging artwork!) herself. The jewelry is unique and striking, and the owner is lovely. I will be back here the next time Im looking to buy some beautiful jewelry!

Syed It has been an absolutely wonderful experience visiting CJ Charles Jewelers in La Jolla and getting my first Omega. The ambience, customer service and knowledge of the staff was beyond what I expected. I was greeted by Tatiana and from the beginning I could tell that she is very knowledgeable about the brand, the history and amazing craftsmanship. I loved an Omega Seamaster 300 and she did her best to explain everything I needed. We were offered drinks and truly amazing experience. Since I was traveling she gave me a beautiful travel pouch and gifted my 5-year old Paris Olympics Omega pins, which he absolutely adores! I have been wearing my Seamaster on most days and absolutely in love! After the purchase, she stayed in contact with me making sure that I had no other questions/concerns. When I was looking to buy a new watch , a white-dial Speedmaster Professional, I reached out to Tatiana again and even though I was told that it maybe few months to receive this Speedmaster I got the watch delivered to my place in 3-weeks which was truly impressive. She also surprised me with other Omega gifts! I highly recommend working with Tatiana and she has always made the Omega buying experience one of the best! Huge shout out to her for making this experience perfect. If you ever plan to visit La Jolla, I recommend stopping at CJ Charles and ask for Tatiana, you will never be disappointed! Melanie Guralnick Ive been a customer of Tiffanys for 35 years, typically shopping at the South Coast Plaza or Beverly Hills location. I had not stopped into my local store in the desert before until yesterday, which was an oversight on my part. The store was elegant and airy with lots of natural light from the large windows, something that was missing in Costa Mesa. (although I was told it was recently expanded, so perhaps it looks different now) I liked the layout of the showroom as it was purposefully uncluttered with lots of space to navigate the showcases. I was fortunate to work with a sales person by the name of Cynthia, who was super knowledgeable about the jewelry and was easy to chat with. That goes a long way with me. The selection of jewelry was more modest than the other 2 stores I mentioned, but there was a 4 carat solitaire ring that was pretty spectacular. I would recommend shopping this store when visiting El Paseo.

Michelle Stearns I ordered a bracelet for my mother just a few days before Christmas. It arrived before Christmas. I couldn’t believe it got here so fast! The packages were beautifully wrapped. My mom absolutely loved it. A week or so later, she lost the clasp on the bracelet. She called the owner who offered to send her not one but two replacement clasps at no charge. I will definitely order again. I am super impressed with the quality of the jewelry and the kindness you extended to my mother. Thank you!

Diane Shaw I strolled into Maui Fine Jewelry at Carmel and was taken by the gorgeous jewelry! Ly was so warm and fun to work with. I bought a pair of diamond earrings and later returned with my husband and we also purchased a gorgeous ring! I only wish I could go back to buy all my jewelry from them!!! The prices were fair and she did not try to sell me, in fact she steered me towards items that looked better for me but cost less. Maybe its worth another vacation!! Go see Ly!!

Paco Buxton, the owner of the store, did this for me while I waited and would not accept payment. The people who work there are knowledgeable and kind.
