Marcella JM Bianca jewelry store is hands down the best! I purchased an unusual silver and stone necklace during my overseas travels. After I returned home I realized was too long for me, and had to be shortened. I went to Bianca based on many glowing reviews, and I was not disappointed! The necklace is complex, kind of woven, and I was expecting to pay some significant amount of money to shorten it. The owner Keith, due to his vast experience with jewelry, saw a simple way of shortening it, and charged almost nothing. Thank you -- I now love to wear my new necklace!!

Emily Hodges I love coming into Claire’s in the Yuba Sutter Mall, they have the cutest accessories for great deals and the customer service is SO nice. The Store Manager is so sweet every time I come in, as well as the Assistant Managers, Maria and Anastaysia, they are always greeting with big smiles and always help to find what I’m looking for. I come by the store just to get some of their sunshine, they’re always so nice and positive. I was sad to hear a mother got upset at the managers for the act of her kids misbehaving, management is doing their jobs and protecting their store from items leaving without purchase. But I will always be returning to Claire’s, even just to say hi and brighten my day. I APPRECIATE THEM SO SO MUCH!

We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish. Tam Do Okay, so I had a vision for a ring. It was peculiar. A little weird, and definitely a tricky custom job. I was fully expecting to get some strange looks when I described it, but the team at South Coast Jeweler was completely unfazed. The owner and jeweler took on my little project and treated it like a proper collaboration. It felt less like a retail transaction and more like we were just working on a project together. They listened to my ideas, added their own professional input, and the result was a ring that turned out even better than I had pictured. They got it right. And it was finished on time. Also, their diamond selection is surprisingly good. The quality and prices were definitely better than what I was finding after spending way too much time looking online.
