5 /5 Vladigraph: I wont get tired of recommending Derco. My fiancé and I shopped for our engagement rings, and we took a few visits to settle on what we wanted. The whole time it was such a pleasant experience, no pressure, just pure appreciation of the jewelry, and a very budget condscious approach. We worked with Greg Dolkarian, and he was fantastic. After the first stone I received left me a bit unsure, he helped me get what I really wanted. Derco will definitely be at the to of my list for my jewelry needs.

5 /5 Tina C.: This review is long overdue. I had to write one, as I was treated like a VIP in this store! Greg and Jack were wonderful. I needed service done on my ring (lower the diamond--before and after pictures attached) and was actually just inquiring, but they blew me away with their attention to my requests, care, and very reasonable charge. They also finished the job in about an hour! All the other stores charged 3x more, and were not able to finish it the same day since we arrived later in the day. They also cleaned my moms ring and helped her find a new backing for her earring. They did an excellent job on the ring, too. What I am impressed with the most is how this business gives more than it receives. They truly live by that motto. They also give you service so sincerely and make you feel very at home. Thank you very much, Derco, for your service to the community! Not only did you meet my jewelry repair needs, you also warmed our hearts by your sincere and caring service! I am grateful.

We didnt spend a ton of money as my wife and I only got our wedding rings here, but the service was still absolutely first class - its clear they treat all customers extremely well. John helped us - he is kind, patient, transparent, highly responsive, and gives great advice. Jack (who I believe is the owner) is incredibly generous and welcoming. Always offers to clean jewelry when we visit, gave us jewelry cleaner to take home (if I remember correctly). Could not have had a better experience and highly recommend.
