Chris, the store manager provided us with exceptional customer service, and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect ring. We initially had a ring picked out online but I left happier with our purchase made at this location. Chris dedication to ensuring customer satisfaction is truly commendable. GKG family Just had another great experience with Goleta Jewelers. In this day and age of national chains, and online shopping, its incredibly refreshing to deal with an owner-operated service-oriented shop. Tom totally knows his stuff, is customer-focused, and is so enjoyable to interact with. What always impresses me, as well, is that whenever I go in, its never a "big" sale, but its small repairs (that Im sure arent money-makers for the store), but I am always treated with respect, courtesy, and as though I am important. THAT is the mark of a great businessman, and a true professional.

Heather Rossi I had the best experience at Lang! Natalia very quickly zeroed in on my preferences, then patiently helped me try on virtually every ring in the store that fit my style. She was so knowledgable about rings, explaining what made each one special and what best fit my hand. She provided several tips about how to best judge the look--for example, trying it on herself and moving away from me, having me look in mirrors at various distances, taking pictures from all angles. She was patient and professional, but also super friendly and personable, and seemed genuinely thrilled to be helping us. I would go back to Lang and to Natalia a million times--and in fact, three other jewelers I visited when shopping for my ring told me that Lang is the best outside of New York.

When I came back a different lady that was working that day helped me narrow down to the one ring, sized my finger and made the purchase go smooth. Both women were a joy to work with. David Gulotta I was looking around a few places for an engagement ring...when I walked into Scorpion Jewelers it seemed different. I didnt feel pressured when I was looking at their options. I told the lady Vicky what I was looking for, the budget that I had in mind and then she started showing me a few options. She was very nice, respectful and not pushy or trying to "sell me." The most important part to me in looking or the "right ring" was something different and special. She also told me that they were a custom jeweler so they could make or change anything. Which was a huge help...I ended up seeing a 3 stone princess ring that I liked and wanted to switch out a few stones to Sapphires. So I got a price quote and decided to sleep on it. I came back the next day and put down the deposit and was told it may be ready in a few days. To my surprise, I received a call a few days early from Vicky that it was ready for pick up! From the very beginning to the end when I proposed the entire process and purchase was as smooth as I thought and hoped it would be. And.....she said yes! And absolutely loved the ring! Abraham Vazquez I brought my little brother and his 2 friends to get diamond earrings. Out of all the jewelry shops we went to they had the best color, size, clarity diamonds. They also cut us a great deal since we bought 3 pairs.
