Harrison Cunningham My wife and I have been going to DeVons for the last few years for various things such as ring resizing, cleanings, and engravings and a few small jewelry purchases. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. They are also a Rolex AD and I put my name on the list for a GMT-Master II BLRO knowing how hard they are to get. My wife and I stayed in contact with Matt who was open and honest with us about the process. We really enjoy talking to Matt about the watches they sell and appreciate the time he takes with us every time we are there. Unbeknownst to me, Matt let my wife know that he has a BLRO for us a day before Valentines Day, so I got an awesome present! I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Anne Carr Went here to purchase a gift for a friend getting baptized. They have beautiful gifts, and I found the perfect key chain as well as necklace. Tally helped us, and she gift wrapped them beautifully. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Also scored a bonus gift which I kept for myself!!! They offer a rewards program (and an amazing sale section), which was explained to me clearly, so I was able to take advantage of getting a bonus gift immediately.

LizaH The staff are usually very helpful and not snobby. Service has been efficient in the past. I have ordered a ring before but this recent order, I was told to expect it in a weeks time. When I called the store for the status on the ring I was told my order had not even been processed. This was 5 days later from when I first went into the store. I was told that the focus was getting new Merchandise out to the store and to expect my order at least 2 more weeks. I am not sure I want to do business with this company again.

Dulce Martinez Today Miss Justin was super helpful and patient. She listen to what you’re looking for and has great customer service. Also, Miss Eli was kind enough to assist in anything further needed. The manager Mrs. Rose is so wonderful and warm hearted. I’ve been several times before and I will likely come again. Great staff and the best customer service.

Jay Mejia Went here for our daughters piercing. Entire staff was welcoming and super friendly. They had a spin the wheel promotion going on. We actually won the free cleaning and cleaned my wifes ring while we were there. Daughter has her diamond earrings and hardly cried. Thank you to the entire staff. 10/10

Aspen Riddle Recently had my conch pierced by Ariana and couldn’t be happier with the experience! She was incredibly helpful, offering great tips for healing and aftercare. Also loved the thoughtful touch of the stress ball haha made the whole process much more comfortable!

Cuccia Remy (Kat) A few weeks ago, the setting fell out of my engagement ring. I brought it in immediately and was greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable staff here. They were able to help me order a new stone (a heart shaped amethyst, so they dont just work with common-cut diamonds) and set it for me. They did so in a timely manner at a very reasonable price, and the stone they suggested is gorgeous! Before, the stone was a duller color, and although this ones smaller, its a richer purple and far more sparkly (and the new 6 prong setting looks much more secure than the original 5 prong setting). I couldnt be happier with the new life theyve brought to my engagement ring!

Mai Vang I love paying visits to Dragon’s Treasure in tower. Jewelry, postcards, and prints. There is so much to see, especially if you like a good whimsical vibe. Gorgeous and storied pieces. Robert and Lisa are attentive, knowledgeable, and kind. Always a treat!
