The woman who helped us was incredibly helpful, spoke Spanish (which made the process even more comfortable for us), and took her time checking not just the chain, but multiple other items we brought in. She was honest, knowledgeable, and made us feel respected and welcomed the entire time. I really appreciated her patience and transparency. I picked up the necklace and it was fixed beautifully and in a way that will not allow it to break again the same way. Extremely pleased with them.
