Anya Miller Cresalia Jewlers is a wonderful family-run business with a white-glove approach to customer service. I found them years ago by chance and have been returning since with nothing but the best experiences. I trust them with all of my jewelry alterations and fixes, and although I have not purchased any pieces directly they would be my first stop if I were looking for something new or custom. Truly a local gem.

Andres Lopez Azi is as so amazing helping us out at the Kay Jewelers in Oakridge. I was there buying a bracelet for my daughter’s baptism and let her know that my 10 year wedding anniversary was coming up and I wanted to upgrade my wife’s ring. I told her my budget and asked her if she can keep me in mind when something special was available for us to consider. Like magic, she was able to secure an incredible ring for my wife at a great price and my wife absolutely loved it. We had several options to choose from in our budget and Azi helped us really think through the decision process from trading in our ring or keeping our ring and buying a new one. Ultimately I learned my wife wanted to keep her original wedding ring and we purchased the new ring that all aligned within our budget. Thank you Azi. You are amazing. Korynn Gonzales Went in store today to get my promise ring resized. I came out with a new necklace and my engagement ring!! Manager Ann and Tammy were absolutely amazing throughout our whole experience today. Customer service is always so wonderful and the Helzberg Diamonds warranty is top notch! Definitely will be lifetime customers.

yuri forgot The workers were super nice and welcoming. They let us know that there was a summer sale going on. Place looked absolutely amazing.

M K I bought a bracelet from here and at the same time they showed a gold Kara to another customer and forgot it on the weighing machine and when we started going back home they did not let us go out and made us stand at the door until they got the kara, while we were away from those customers. It was very embarrassing for us. They dont know how to behave with a customer. Very unprofessional.

Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Alissa was so friendly and wonderful and helped me make a great purchase! I really love the ring and I am so happy I went there that day! The manager was also super friendly!
