2 /5 Simran K: I have been shopping at this store for several years and have always had positive experiences. However, during a recent visit, one of the employees displayed a very unprofessional attitude. She rolled her eyes a few times and wasn’t very friendly—it felt like we were wasting her time, even though we made purchases. We also got the impression that she assumed we weren’t going to buy anything based on our appearance, which made the experience even more uncomfortable.
I understand the store can get busy and that some customers may take longer to select and choose their items, but her behavior significantly impacted my visit. That said, another employee was friendly and helpful—she even recommended some items to us, which we really appreciated.
I hope this issue can be addressed so that future visits continue to reflect the great service I’ve come to expect from this store. If not, I would prefer to shop somewhere that offers a more welcoming environment and respects all customers, regardless of how they look or how long they take to shop.
