They helped me find exactly what I was looking for and even explained the quality and details of each piece. Their gold and diamond collection is stunning — very unique designs that you don’t find everywhere. Prices were fair and transparent, and the service felt very personal. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry with excellent customer care. Will definitely come back again!

5 /5 Valerie Venegas: I love coming to get my jewelry here only have very reasonable prices and very friendly and they work around you trying to get you the right things you’re needing measurements change things up family oriented before going to any other jewelry place, I would recommend coming to their first they help you in any possible way they don’t just have jewelry. They have anklets necklaces earrings rings. And if they don’t have what you’re wanting, they can get it I only come here in Fresno CA to get my GOLD there iteams are beautiful

1 /5 Twinkle Chauhan: I had a very disappointing experience at this jewelry store today. Most of the staff were rude, unwelcoming, and showed a lot of attitude. When I asked about the price of 1g gold, one lady actually told me to buy something first, then she would tell me the price — which is very unprofessional. I’m new to buying gold and didn’t have much knowledge, so I called a relative for help and tried to negotiate, but their behavior made me feel very uncomfortable and judged. The only positive part of the visit was a new girl who was kind and respectful — she was the only one who treated me decently. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for a friendly and honest customer service experience.

However, during a recent visit, one of the employees displayed a very unprofessional attitude. She rolled her eyes a few times and wasn’t very friendly—it felt like we were wasting her time, even though we made purchases. We also got the impression that she assumed we weren’t going to buy anything based on our appearance, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. I understand the store can get busy and that some customers may take longer to select and choose their items, but her behavior significantly impacted my visit. That said, another employee was friendly and helpful—she even recommended some items to us, which we really appreciated. I hope this issue can be addressed so that future visits continue to reflect the great service I’ve come to expect from this store. If not, I would prefer to shop somewhere that offers a more welcoming environment and respects all customers, regardless of how they look or how long they take to shop.
