olivia Kelsey and Maddy have helped us so many times when we came to get our engagement and wedding rings! They have been incredibly helpful, patient, and informative. Maddy and Kelsey are also very friendly and kind. We have never felt pressured or rushed in any way. Shane Co. has the best customer service—highly recommended! We always love coming back. They offer a lifetime warranty, and you can upgrade or exchange your jewelry if needed. They do have a policy for exchanges, so it’s worth asking about the details. I usually hesitate to commit to expensive purchases out of fear of regret, but with Shane Co., I never feel bound.

But then - he pulls out a box with the MOST gorgeous ring Ive ever seen. A solitaire diamond that was shimmering in the sunset light, and it took my breath away. And I cant believe I get to wear it & look at it for the rest of my life :) CT Fine Jewelry is my absolute favorite jeweler. Arnet Jonuelle Tuazon Cute little store in Walnut Creek that I discovered when my friend invited me to a Yelp event there. It was nice they partnered up with a local charity so part of the proceeds went to training therapy dogs. The jewelry is beautiful, the staff was friendly, and I got to make a custom necklace and one of the staff made it for me. The prices range from ~$50-$100+. This store is in a plaza so there is a parking garage nearby, the first couple hours I think are free.

She set us up with an appointment during one of their diamond shows, and remembered our faces and names several weeks apart. Never before has a chain store made such an impact. This location is more than just another Zales outlet. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you!
