Necole was so helpful and patient while I picked out the perfect engagement ring—her guidance made the whole process feel easy and exciting. And Ramzy absolutely killed it on the craftsmanship. The ring is stunning and my fiancé is completely in love with it. Even though Im in Oklahoma City, shipping was lightning fast—I had the ring the next day. I did get the size wrong initially (my bad!), but Ramzy took care of everything. I sent it back for resizing and had it returned in under a week. That level of service is rare these days. I had already purchased a loose diamond and I contacted Ramzy I was able to ship the diamond to him. He was able to place it in the setting of my choosing. The turn around time was around 2 days and he shipped back to me via ups next day air. Ramzy offers incredible customer service and the communication is great. He keeps you updated with pictures and videos during the process. The quality and customer service Classic Jewelers offers is unmatched.
