If you’ve ever wanted to know what it feels like to be treated like royalty, like you matter, like your needs being met are only a text message away, I have a story of her exceptional service that I’d love to share with you.
My girlfriend, now fiancé, and I were leaving to Maui in about a week. It was her first time on the islands of Hawai’i and she had always dreamt of visiting. I knew I wanted to propose to her, and I thought this trip would be the perfect time to do so. Well, we were also in the middle of moving and I had only two thin windows of opportunity to buy the engagement ring that I have been thinking and dreaming about for a few months at that point.
In one 10 minute visit, Christy was able to get me a Jared credit account opened. It was for way more than I expected so I took a couple of days to consider my options. I was never pressured to go in one way or another by Christy. She was helpful and answered my questions thoroughly. She also had a longstanding customer relationship with my now fiancé and I was able to lean on her for “insider” guidance, which was fantastic!
I texted Christy a little ahead of my next arrival, and as soon as she was done helping another customer, she immediately sprung into action faster than I’ve ever seen someone in her position do so. I was out the door with both the engagement ring and the wedding band in a matter of 10 minutes and stuffed both into my bag in the truck. I picked up my now fiancé from across the street for a quick appointment and she never noticed. This turned out perfectly!
Maui went like a dream! We drove 3 hours through a jungle then hiked 2 miles to a waterfall. Nervously (why, I couldn’t tell you), and trying to balance on jagged rocks, I popped the question. She loved the ring!
The exceptional customer service just gets better from here!
For my fiancé’s very special milestone birthday, we decided to spend it on Kaua’i. A few days before we left, we visited Jared to follow up on sizing the rings. She eyed some diamond earrings. She only owned a pair of modest pearl earrings that she has been wearing for years and years. After we left the store, I felt that I really wanted to get my fiancé a pair of nice earrings to make her milestone birthday extra special.
Unfortunately, the size and type she wanted were online only. Christy was off that day but her colleagues relayed the visit to her later and she reached out to me. Awesome! This time, I didn’t even need to step foot in Jared. While on Kaua’i, by text alone, Christy handled EVERYTHING!
Christy ordered the earrings with my authorization by text to charge to my Jared account. Received them at her store in Temecula. Gift wrapped them!! Then she shipped them super fast to a local jewelry store on Kaua’i. She coordinated with me and the store for the pick up. This was all done in a matter of a few days. It went off without a hiccup!
My fiancé was so incredibly happy when she saw the earrings and I felt like a superhero! That’s what Christy did for us! She made me look and feel like a superhero! And my fiancé is ecstatic with her new, beautiful pieces of fine jewelry from Jared.
