Over multiple visits—whether trying on new pieces or handling service repairs—the team has always treated us with the same level of care and professionalism youd expect from a luxury brand. Each time we visit, we are warmly welcomed by the staff, offered a drink, and invited to sit comfortably while being assisted. Their approach is gracious, thoughtful, and never rushed. Today, my son returned from the store with a small chocolate in hand, and with a big smile, he told me that one day, when he makes money, he wants to buy me something from there. That moment says it all—Tiffany in Palo Alto is doing an exceptional job at creating a lasting impression across generations. She educated me about different selections, which helped me make an informed decision about my purchase. She went above and beyond and even cleaned my bracelet. She made my kids feel very welcomed. They’re not the cheapest, however, when other’s have struggled to size certain watches I have purchased (particularly those made in China) the staff here at Fast Fix do it with ease. Be sure to ask for Roberto. He’s my go to person.

Felipe Great experience all around. I dropped off a chain and within two days it was ready to go. They have great customer service and the location is small and very well hit in butt is right next to the State Farm Insurance Company. Make sure you always call ahead because theyre always very sometimes just wanted to make sure your order or jewelry is ready to pick up.

Heather Rosmarin I highly recommend Mansoor Fine Jewelers in Palo Alto. They have a beautiful and unique selection at many price points, and they also provide excellent service for repairs. They can also create custom and replacement jewelry. For example, I lost a pearl drop earring once, and they recreated it perfectly from its paired earring. A bit of history: My mother discovered this store when it was called "Mansoor and Gore" and we were living in Palo Alto in the 1980s. Even after we moved away, we still drive over an hour to visit when we need something jewelry-related. Now my daughter is also a loyal customer. We like to combine a visit to Mansoor with lunch at one of the restaurants and cafes on Ramona St.

Roberto was a premier jewelry wholesaler who sold to the local jewelry stores. Sadly, Roberto is no longer with us, but his wife Pat still runs the store with some beautiful Italian jewelry that my wife chose and the modern titanium band I was looking for. Pat is the sweetest jewelry store owner you will ever know. She gives you all the time you need and doesnt push anything on you. She has great knowledge on cleaning and care of your jewelry and was very accommodating in getting the ring sized and has lots of tools she can use for hard to fit fingers and to keep the ring straight on your fingers.
