Joan Poulsen Exceptional service from Vito. We flew from Indiana to California to select and purchase dream rings in 2008 when we got engaged. They were gorgeous, top quality and stood 17 years of use without a single issue. I got so many compliments over the years. No loose stones or damage ( Im tough on rings). I lost my ring this year on vacation and my husband reached out to Vito to surprise me with a replacement since I was so happy with my ring. Vito still had our exact order and size making it no hassle. He gave us a great deal on pricing and special shipping to our small city. The replacement is perfect.

Shan Roberts I have owned a pair of the swan gouges for the last 3 years and without fail they are my most complimented pair. I get stopped everywhere about them. They are also incredibly versatile. I get people loving the delicatness of the swan shape and other people just commenting on how badass they look. They somehow appeal to every time of person. By far my best jewelry pieces.

Marissa P Stucki did absolutely amazing work on my wedding jewelry! They made my dream wishbone necklace which has such special meaning to me since the diamond was given to me from my mothers first diamond in her wedding ring. They also made new studs on the back of my wedding earrings and they fit perfectly for my wedding day. Stucki Jewelers always provides excellent service and they were so excited to create my jewelry and make the changes necessary for me to wear all my beautiful jewelry on my wedding day!

dava Day My second custom ring I’ve had designed with them and I’m so happy! It’s absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. They always make my dreams come true! It was very nice, I walked in spoke with mike about what I was wanting and the next day I had a preview video of the ring! A few changes, a try on wax mold and almost 4 weeks later my dream ring was ready to pick up! I just love it! Thank you guys!

Janay McCullough Update: If I could give 10 stars, I would! I worked with Marielle again to design another ring. She listened to exactly what I wanted and made it better than I could have imagined. I have gone to The King’s Jewelers for quite a few things now and every time I’ve been well taken care of regardless of who I was working with. I love their attention to detail, patience, and professionalism. LOVE my new emerald and tsavorite ring! Thank you!! Old review: For my birthday and to celebrate a milestone I wanted to buy myself an aquamarine ring. Kings Jewelers had a beautiful pear shaped aquamarine and I was able to work with Marielle to design the perfect setting. Marielle was wonderful, she knew exactly what I wanted and was able to custom design the whole thing. My experience there has been fantastic, and I look forward to working with Marielle again.

Celeste Javier, the manager, was extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service by assisting with an exchange. Daniela and Katherine were extremely helpful and patient while helping my mom and I pick out new charms and bracelets. A pleasant customer service experience overall!

Kendra Xu I had the most serendipitous and heart-warming experience at Esqueleto Mill Valley! Not only is the store beautiful and filled with good vibes, the women managers/employees I met, Marjorie and Mara, are incredible humans who love their work and are dedicated to making the shop a safe and inclusive space. I was having a rough and emotional day, and really needed a pick me up. Marjorie and Mara helped me pick out the perfect ring (out of three options because Im indecisive; how do you choose just ONE out of so many amazing artists work???) — a "flying" winged diamond by Anthony Lent that I now carry with me as a comforting pinky totem. Additionally, we connected deeply and talked for three hours, just getting to know each other and uplift each other through sharing our experiences! They turned my horrible day into a cherished memory and I am so touched by the warmth, love, kindness, and expansive energy that fills the shop. Ive always thought of jewelry as a spiritual exchange of artists love and unique creative philosophies. Esqueleto embodies respect, appreciation, and care for all the independent jewelers they carry. They also offer some of the most unique curated pieces among Bay Area shops I visited, and Ive discovered many jewelers work (eg. Shane Yamane, Lauren Wolf, Maiden Voyage) I feel so honored to support and carry. ❤️ Deeply, warmly, thank you ladies!!
