He is very knowledgeable and patient, and goes above and beyond to make sure I find exactly what Im looking for. He has helped me find the perfect upgrade 5 ct wedding ring set, Le Vian tanzanite and diamond cocktail ring, diamond necklaces with custom matching earrings and bracelet, and so much more. Every 6 months I get my engagement ring polished and every time I come in they follow procedures by the book, which give us reassurance and peace of mind. I truly appreciate that at Plaza Bonita’s Jared, they hire diversity. The young lady that assisted us with our wedding band was very helpful, humorous, knowledgeable, and made one feel as if she was a great friend one hasn’t spoken to in a while. Absolutely love her vibe! Her appearance was very professional, but still maintaining her authentic self with her jewelry and piercings. I love that authenticity! I had been going in to get my jewelry serviced for years but stopped because of a bad experience I had with a worker there. I decided to go back because one of my pieces really needed a clean and repair. The service I relieved was exceptional. Rachel treated me with so much kindness and compassion. She made my day. We were also helped by the GM Sebastian and jewelry specialists Adrian and Paulina. They treated my family so well and repaired all the awfullness I had felt about my last visit.
