5 /5 Nini Abdrabo: It was my first time going to Tekin Brothers. I had a really bent wedding ring with dents on the sides and I hadnt been able to wear my wedding ring in over a year. I finally had the means to get it fixed and went here. When I went in, they said they could cut off my band and make a new one for $350. I honestly expected the price to be way more than that. I went on Monday(04/07) and they called me today(04/09). When I went to go pick up the ring, it looked like a BRAND NEW RING. They were so kind and sweet. The prices are fair and their honest. They do great work. If I ever need anything done with my jewelry, I will be going here and you should too!

5 /5 Jolene Walls: All of the employees have provided me with excellent customer service. They are very friendly and helpful. They have helped me with Necklaces, watches , and earrings. I needed a specific kind of earring for my daughter who serves in the US Air Force. She wanted something she could wear in uniform. I talked to the jewelry and explained what I needed. There were so helpful and made special backs for the earrings. I can’t thank them enough. My daughter loved the earrings. I would recommend them to anyone. I was greeted with warmth, laughter, and even offered fresh watermelon. John helped me choose the perfect setting for my stone, and his two sons were right there with him—kind, attentive, and clearly proud to be part of their family business. When I picked up the ring, it exceeded every expectation. Beautiful craftsmanship, super quick turnaround, and a very fair price. But what I’ll remember most is the experience itself. It’s rare to find a jeweler where you leave not only with something stunning in your hand, but also with the feeling that you’ve made new friends.

5 /5 Kimberly Deaton: I had kept my rings in a safe for 5 years after a chain jewelry store wanted $900 to repair the prongs on my wedding set. Tekin Brothers was recommended to me by a friend. The staff provided GREAT, personalized customer service. When they found out that I had traveled 30 miles to see them, they offered to repair the rings while I shopped locally. I ended up not staying just because of my schedule, but my rings were fixed in a matter of 3 hours, and they only charged me $165. I cannot say enough good things about Tekin Brothers. I will definitely bring my business to them in the future.
