Tyler Krause Recently went to the show room in Walnut Creek to look at designs for engagement rings. Our appointment was with Lauren Craig and I could not have been more impressed. She was very helpful in teaching us about the different characteristics of diamonds. If I could give more stars I would. She was very professional and reached out to me privately about picking a specific ring and made the process a lot less stressful than I originally thought. I would recommend this company to anyone.

R taylor Worst shopping experience. I bought over $200.00 dollars in jewelery for a couple of bridesmaid to look at just incase they wanted to buy them. Well to make story short they ask me to return some items. When I asked the clerk to give me a refund she refused. I was returning the earrings and bracelets, she said that they do not return the earring per policy. I had mention to the clerk before I purchased the items what I was going to do and she never said anything about return policy. Very disappointed!! Will not be buying at that store again

Kirsten Martin I brought a family heirloom to be repaired. Because it was a Rolex, it had to be sent out. From beginning to end, the sales associate, Marilyn, attended to our requests with care and compassion. She went the extra step to communicate with Rolex as I made special requests. Rolex not only respected our wishes, but returned the watch even more beautiful that when it was first purchased 32 years ago. If ever, I need jewelry, Ben Bridge will be my first stop. Thank you Marilyn for supporting my journey and taking care of my father’s legacy. Having a piece of him by my side every day is the greatest gift.
