Especially wonderful is Joe, who works in the very back so someone has to help you call him. We walked to the back, asked for Joe and in less than 15 minutes he repaired the hinge on my daughter’s bracelet and shined it. She was so happy and that made my day. He is reasonably priced and straightforward. No foolery. For that reason, he’s earned my trust and he’s the only person I’ll come to for any kind of repair. He could have charged me and arm and a leg and didn’t- and I’m just so appreciative.
