1 /5 A H: Terrible customer service for 1 stars. There ring sizer are not accurate as well. I had to attempt 3 times before the correct fit. Each time there was a restocking fee of 20 percent. Since I purchased 2 platnum wedding bands custom. Was not my issue there seer is not accurate. For a ring cost of 1699$ now ended up being 2300$. I could have gone to a better local jewelry store for less. When you receive your wedding bands its a big day. Each time I received the bands in a paper fed ex envelope. Zero presentation on a 1699 ring for each. One of the rings was outside the box. I brought this to there attention how disappointing. They assumed me terrible mistake they would bring it to attention. They did not care the next 2 same mailing tossed in an envelope. To see in other reviews the same mailing. If I had bought a ring from Target sure toss in an envelope. Not when spending 2300$ for a ring. Terrible customer service not making you feel appreciated. I will not purchase again from Larson. Nor will I ever recommend them.
