1 /5 A H: Terrible customer service for 1 stars. There ring sizer are not accurate as well. I had to attempt 3 times before the correct fit. Each time there was a restocking fee of 20 percent. Since I purchased 2 platnum wedding bands custom. Was not my issue there seer is not accurate. For a ring cost of 1699$ now ended up being 2300$. I could have gone to a better local jewelry store for less. When you receive your wedding bands its a big day. Each time I received the bands in a paper fed ex envelope. Zero presentation on a 1699 ring for each. One of the rings was outside the box. I brought this to there attention how disappointing. They assumed me terrible mistake they would bring it to attention. They did not care the next 2 same mailing tossed in an envelope. To see in other reviews the same mailing. If I had bought a ring from Target sure toss in an envelope. Not when spending 2300$ for a ring. Terrible customer service not making you feel appreciated. I will not purchase again from Larson. Nor will I ever recommend them.

2 /5 Ameed Amad-عميد عمد: I bought their ring sizer to get an accurate fit, but the ring I ordered based on it didn’t match the size, it was way off. I had to return it twice, and despite it being their mistake, they charged a high restocking fee. Customer service was disappointing, no apology, no effort to help. On top of that, they shipped a nearly $2,000 ring in a paper bag. For the price, the quality of service and presentation was shockingly poor.

Fantastic customer service and great support, we’ve purchased several rings from Larson’s and every thing ships quickly and is packaged well.The jewelry is very well made, good quality materials and stylish designs makes it hard to choose which one to buy, as they have 1000s to choose fro.

5 /5 Joe Atterbury: Purchased a set of rings from Larson around 2 years ago. Had to get one resized recently. The process went extremely well. No surprises charges or hidden fees. They exchanged the ring with the new sized one as promised. Returned to me quickly and packaged well. Would definitely recommend.
