Tracy B Took advantage of the birthday celebration sale and bought the Paperclip Layering Necklace - Glam 16 inches and the small Impera Hoops. I love both pieces but probably should have got the classic size in the Impera Hoops. I currently have 3 pieces and looking at other pieces to add.

Anonymous Gemma’s Jewelers has treated me like royalty from the first time I visited the store. I will not go anywhere else for my jewelry and repairs. Recently, my son had a vision and they ordered a number of different options for him. He found what he wanted and they treated him the best customer service and made his first jewelry purchase, a special one. I highly recommend this family-owned jeweler!

Boosh Yee My girlfriend and I were just going into look at rings since it was near by where we were doing errands. Well we had not set foot in another jewelry store in Bakersfield AND NOW we will not have to after visiting Robson Jewelers. The jeweler himself and the sales lady were extremely friendly and helpful!! PLUS my girlfriend has been looking at other sites on line and nothing even compares to Robsons awesome selection online and the process to make it your own. They seriously have the BEST SELECTION from vintage to newer styles. We will definitely be sticking with Robson Jewelers from now on!!! :)

Lady Gagalka Tamara did an excellent job fixing a unique necklace of mine of which a piece had broken off. She recreated the missing piece and laser welded it back together. Me and my partner purchased some beautiful claddagh rings and she is refitted them to our size fingers. Tamara knows so much and can custom make jewelry for you down to the finest detail. The store has so many cool things to see. Definitely worth checking out!

Liset Melgoza We bought a chain within a day it broke, we came in today to try to get it fixed and the guy wanted to charge us. As a courtesy they should of automatically fixed it. I believe all his jewelry is fake, it shouldn’t break within a day. If it’s real gold it would be more resistant. It’s a waste of money,

Mary Lundberg This store is the mecca for vintage jewelry! There’s a wide assortment of sterling silver, estate and beautiful costume jewelry. The prices are fair and reasonable. It’s a collective, with six ladies, each with their own style of offerings! They are always friendly and helpful in finding the right gift or treat to myself. Lots of pictures and decorative vintage items as well. Best shop in downtown Santa Cruz by far!!

Iannick Remillard I would give 10 Start if possible. I can’t explain how awesome Bryan is as a Gemologist. My now Fiance and I went ring shopping a while back and I had no idea what to look for. Bryan took his time to explain the clarity scale, flawless scale, size of the rings, shapes and colors. His knowledge and understanding of the numerous diamonds and rings are on a whole other level. 

When it came time to prepare the ring, with the perfect stone, Bryan found the Jack pot!!! A beautiful long oval diamond with a halo, and with his recommendation, he was also able to create the perfect matching wedding band. I can’t recommend Bryan enough as he doesn’t see his customers as a dollar sign but as someone in need of guidance to find that jewelry for that once in a life time special occasion. Can’t thank you enough Bryan Just one word to describe this and it is “Perfect”

Trina Mangan Got my 4 year olds ears pierced here and it was so fast! She hardly wiggled and everything was clean and quick. Sooo happy.

TIANYI LI Absolutely wonderful experience at this jewelry store, thanks to Sherry! She was incredibly patient, warm, and attentive throughout our visit. Sherry took the time to introduce us to Buccellati rings in great detail and also explained the different types and cuts of diamond rings, which really helped us understand our options. She answered all our questions thoroughly and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. In the end, we found a ring that we absolutely love.
