5 /5 Keaton: Wow, I can’t express how happy I am with Richard and his work at Nuance Design Jewelers. Having received a ring with A loose diamond In A tricky setting, we wanted to make sure we found a skilled jeweler we could trust. We spent an afternoon in Burlingame and went to 5 different jewelers on the block. each told us a very different story about what was causing the diamond to be loose and how to fix it. Some offered expensive methods that involved taking the whole ring apart, while other offered generic methods all which didn’t seem like they would really fix the issue. We finally made our way to Richard’s office where he thoroughly examined the ring and gave us an answer that made sense and an excellent method to fix it. He was so friendly and honest. No only did he find out exactly what the problem was but he explained the ethos he would use to fix it and all at a very reasonable price for the repair. With it being the holidays, (which is a very busy time for jewelers) he still gave us a short timeline to get the ring, and he even beat his deadline by 3 days! He communicated with us the whole time and fixed the ring wonderfully. I am so pleased am amazed with the incredible service, expert knowledge and personal touch he puts into his work Richard provided. I would trust him with any jewelry and would feel assured he is honest and offers reasonable prices. While I hope to never have a repair done again, if I ever need to, I won’t hesitate to return to Richard at Nuance Jewelry Designers.
