I had the pleasure of working with Rosela, the store manager, and Teresa both of whom were incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through several pieces, offering thoughtful insights and honest opinions that helped guide my decision. I truly appreciated how they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. As someone who tends to be indecisive, I was impressed by their professionalism and care. Tubbs I came to Kim’s to get my gold bracelet fixed since a tiny link snapped off. He recommended to just solder the link instead of building a new one, which makes it less flexible but I was fine with that. Process took less than an hour to fix and I can barely tell the difference unless under bright light. He was also very kind and offered to clean it, no extra charge. Overall I’d recommend and I would come back.
