When my wedding ring broke despite it being out of warranty, the amazing staff went above and beyond by working with the designer to provide a replacement for a minimal fee. It’s this level of care and service that keeps our family coming back to Roger’s.

The manager helped me right away, carefully cut the ring off, and had it repaired in less than a day. When I picked it up, it looked absolutely perfect—like it had never been cut! They saved both my finger and my ring. The price was very reasonable, the service was fast, and the staff was so kind. I’ll definitely be back for more jewelry. Highly recommend!

The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and careful with my watch from the moment they took it in. They tested the old battery, replaced it quickly, cleaned the contacts, and gave the case a light polish so it looked refreshed when they handed it back. The whole visit took only a few minutes, the price was fair, and they explained the warranty on the new battery clearly. The store itself is spotless, well organized, and stocked with a great selection if you want to browse while you wait. Professional service, honest pricing, and genuine care for the customer. Brought it into Rogers and Dave, the Jewelery designer, redesigned my ring, and I absolutely it . Plus I’ve had lots of compliments on it. Dave is a natural artist and I believe he can just about design anything. You will definitely be satisfied with the service. In fact, all the staff that work at this place are fantastic.
