1 /5 Stacy Zelaya: The man working there was so rude & when I explained that I was just there a few weeks prior and the size of my ring (which was sized by them) was a bit big he not only was going to charge me again, but double what I had paid previously. After I refused to pay I asked if I can get my ring cleaned, and he was going to charge me for that as well & when I asked why I was being charged he said because he "has to pay rent." This experience was a joke and it sucks because we were looking at other rings to purchase.

Sold me a gold pendant which was both claimed and stamped 14 karat but In reality was 10k when tested, stones on the piece claimed to be diamonds were found to be cz’s, not worth going, SERIOUSLY,not to mention the person who attended me was very rude and rushing in both body language/demeanor and vocal language and demeanor
