The owner, Fred, is incredibly knowledgeable and kind. Whether i’m stopping in for a quick jewelry or watch repair (they’re the only ones I trust!), or just browsing, I always leave with a smile—and often with something sparkly! They have a really thoughtful selection of pieces, from timeless classics to unique finds like beautiful estate pieces, and I’ve found some true favorites here over the years. It’s rare to find a place that feels so personal and professional at the same time. Highly recommend for repairs, gifts, or just a little treat for yourself. So happy to see them thriving in a new location!

1 /5 Mikaela Valdez: I had a dreadful experience at this shop. The owner or the repairman displayed an extremely unprofessional attitude out of nowhere. I visited the shop to have my dad’s watch checked. He immediately declared that it was the battery without even examining it further. I agreed, and he proceeded to replace the battery. However, the watch remained non-functional. The repairman became increasingly frustrated by the situation, even in the early morning hours. When we requested a refund, his behavior was utterly disrespectful. I strongly advise against visiting this shop.
