Alannah Williams-Oliver The staff at Mark Allen is incredible! Everyone was so knowledgeable and patient with us while we figured out which rings we wanted. My engagement ring, as well as our wedding bands, are all from Mark Allen and we truly couldn’t be happier! We would recommend this store 11/10 times! Madison Tice I came here to get a ring for my anniversary and I was pleasantly surprised to see how many options they had! Chelsea helped me pick the right one and went above and beyond to make sure that I got the one I liked. I walked in having no idea what style I wanted and she took the time to go through all of them so that I found exactly what I wanted! She even pointed out that I kept gravitating towards a certain ring just by the way I was putting it on. I ended up getting that one and it was resized and ready for pick up in 3 hours! The service was great and friendly. I will be coming back here for my jewelry needs and I will recommend my family and friends to come here!

Bennett Hauser I worked with Linda and the Carats & Stones team for our engagement ring, and simply cannot say enough great things about my experience. I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I wanted to be very hands on during the process, and they not only embraced that, but guided and educated me along the way. When you spend a lot on something, you want to walk away feeling like you selected the right path; I am certain that I did by going with Carats & Stones. My fiancée and I are thrilled with the result, love that its unique to us, and enjoy popping in to the charming boutique to see their other beautiful creations whenever we can.

Craven Beauty I recently visited You Jewelers & Boutique to resize my engagement ring, and I cannot express how grateful I am for their exceptional service. I was in a bit of a bind as my engagement party was approaching in just 10 days, but they told me it would usually take about 15 days to complete the resizing. Despite the tight timeline, the team was incredibly helpful and worked diligently to accommodate my request. To my surprise, they had my ring ready in just a week! I feel so lucky and thankful for their speedy and professional service. I will definitely be returning and recommending them to everyone I know!
