Bennett Hauser I worked with Linda and the Carats & Stones team for our engagement ring, and simply cannot say enough great things about my experience. I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I wanted to be very hands on during the process, and they not only embraced that, but guided and educated me along the way. When you spend a lot on something, you want to walk away feeling like you selected the right path; I am certain that I did by going with Carats & Stones. My fiancée and I are thrilled with the result, love that its unique to us, and enjoy popping in to the charming boutique to see their other beautiful creations whenever we can.

Bryce My Fiance and I found Princess Bride on instagram after trying to find the right fit to what she was envisioning. We made an appointment with Jackie and from the start we knew we made the right decision. She was so incredibly helpful, honest, and patient. After 4 amazing visits we finalized the render for the ring and was finished only ONE month later. It came out exactly as imagined. Perfect fit and finish. I would recommend Jackie over and over again. Plan to go back many more times for wedding bands and other pieces of jewelry.

Magaly Michel Brought my engagement here for an inspection and left with a complimentary cleaning as well! Trinity, the associate that helped me was very welcoming and friendly. They ensured my ring was secure and even offered to clean it while I was there. They were very efficient as I was only in there for no more than 10-15 minutes. I was especially impressed by how they verified the authenticity of the two vintage SNES video games I wanted to buy. They even took them apart in front of me to show the original circuit boards! I cant recommend this place highly enough!
