We happened into this store just to browse and get inspiration, but she happened to fall in love with a unique ring in the case, so we bought it on the spot. It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped! Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. William Nobriga The service here was outstanding! The staff was even better. I had the pleasure of working with Eduardo and Tony. They were by far the best and fairest coin brokers in the business. They have a giant selection of high quaint inventory. So, I highly recommend all of their services they provide. Youre guaranteed to get a great deal. They also do submissions if you need coins graded. I had a great experience I will definitely be a repeat customer.
