I had the pleasure of working with Rosela, the store manager, and Teresa both of whom were incredibly warm, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through several pieces, offering thoughtful insights and honest opinions that helped guide my decision. I truly appreciated how they made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. As someone who tends to be indecisive, I was impressed by their professionalism and care. They never rushed me and genuinely went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my purchase. I enjoyed the experience so much that I’m already looking forward to returning. Mike Hughes My wife and I went to monterey for a vacation. We stopped in Steinbecks and my wife found a set of earrings that didnt hurt her ears. They were not super expensive , 80 dollars. When we got home we received either an e mail or card thanking us for shopping there. Thats cool. Very nice. fast forward to this christmas. My wife lost the earrings. We looked every where. She liked them so much she brought it up every day. I said hey maybe the note they sent us means they kept track of what you bought. He reset and cleaned my engagement ring, no judgement to the design or jeweler who created it and he handled it so sensitively. Not to mention, he did it all same day for me, let me examine the stones with him for previous inclusions and defects for my own awareness. 10/10.
