Cicero Robert provided my wife with a cleaning of her wedding ring and did a great job looking at the ring prior to the cleaning to ensure no loose stones and possibly compromising the ring during the clean. He also provided the appraisal we use for our insurance. He also set up a private time to look and try on other items while I waited on the cleaning. The office as a whole is very welcoming and Robert is extremely enthusiastic and knowledgeable.

I came in with my mom to resize her ring, and Khai was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. He treated her with such care, guiding her through the process and making sure everything was just right. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. The prices are very affordable , especially considering the quality of his work. He also helped me fixing the lock on my bag, he just took care of it quickly and easily. His store has beautiful and unique pieces on display. Next time I’m looking for a ring, I’ll definitely go to Khai and work with him on a custom design.
