The store staff were professional, patient, and elegance. A young summer intern assisted me, and his enthusiasm for watches was infectious. Despite me being new to the intricacies of horology, his genuine curiosity and attentive demeanor made the experience delightful. He answered my years’ worth of questions with patience, never once applying sales pressure. The store carries an impressive range of watches, from accessible brands like G-Shock and Seiko to luxury names like Omega and Zenith, alongside a curated selection of pre-owned timepieces. A senior staff member expertly resized my watch band and patiently guided me through adjusting my new purchase, reinforcing the store’s commitment to exceptional service. Their professionalism and warmth made this a memorable visit.

5 /5 Hua Feng Kuan: It’s been 4 years since I bought my first Grand Seiko from Jay at Toppers. Jay is both welcoming and friendly. What impresses me is the passion she has for all the brands that are sold at Toppers. I had to get my GS bracelet adjusted a few times (IYKYK) to get it perfect and it has been easy at Toppers. Do not feel intimidated to go in. There is no pressure from them and you might be surprised at what you find. Thanks Jay for the Casi-oak too!

Rob and his team were lovely and able to walk that fine balance between providing knowledge/guidance but not being too pressuring or daunting. I would absolutely recommend this store for any first time or seasoned watch buyers and am definitely planning on returning back for any future purchases.

I emailed them to ask if they had a Parmigiani Fleurier Tonda PF GMT Rattrapante, unfortunately they didnt currently have it in store. One of the sales staff, Jay, offered to show me their personal watch. This was just foreshadowing to the great customer service to come! I took Jay up on the offer, in addition to sharing their personal watch, they showed me a large variety of GMT and world time watches. Jay was incredibly patient as I made the decision of which watch to buy. I had the incredible pleasure of attending an event at Topper where I met Guido Terreni, the CEO of Parmigiani Fleurier, and picked up my new Tonda. That was an amazing experience. I also had the chance to chat with the President of Topper Jewelers, Russ, he is so passionate about watches. He was truly a pleasure to talk with.
