Niko walked past us in the hall and asked us if we needed help finding something, and suggested we come look at her place, A One Imports. Her and her Husband, Gul were very kind, asked us a lot of questions to help us find something, offered us water. I found something I really loved, and we loved their prices. They explained about GIA rating as well and were really down to earth. We decided we wanted to walk/look around just a little before making such a big purchase. We looked around at a few more stores, but after a few hours we came back and purchased that ring! They were very professional and even stayed late so we could make the purchase! I really enjoyed my experience with them and recommend you stop by and visit them, they are located on the bottom floor!

I met the owners who were super friendly and clearly care about the customer experience. My piercer Alex was great - explaining each stage of the process, checking to make sure I was comfortable, and giving helpful care instructions.

serenity shaylee Everytime I come here I get an infection in my ear no matter how many times I clean it a day. Now since my ear is swallowing the piercing I have to go to the er so they can cut it. I am beyond furious and in pain. Do not come here. I wish I could give ZERO stars. This place is a nightmare
