5 /5 i DZ9ME: I write my reviews like I write my songs or I drawl my pictures its all about how I feel about it and its important to me so take that with a grain of salt as you read my reviews .As an eccentric artist and intellectual who can be both difficult to deal with on a creative any technical side I experienced nothing but simple and straightforward interactions with woolen gold and silver both on the phone and in person at their shop on main street in woodland ca. I didnt find anything over embellishing in the services offered in their website and what I experienced after seeking a services everything was in alignment and was rather quick almost quicker than I wanted to be as the process was both informing and inviting. Not only did I walk out of the shop with some much-needed cash in hand but some knowledge as well. I will be a regular customer moving forward.

He patiently answered my dumb questions and was very helpful. I was unable to sell the ring, but left feeling good about the experience and will definitely utilize their services in the future. Great experience.

The owner of the shop was extremely friendly and explained the entire process to me. I paid for my purchase, and a few days later, my order was in, and I was immediately called down to pick it up.
