Heymy Ceballos terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.

Macy White I went there a few months ago and loved this black mother of pearl flower necklace. It wasnt quite time to get it yet. Fast forward a few more months and for our anniversary I brought my husband in and showed it to him and he also loved it. He bought it for me and I love feeling so beautiful when I wear it! It was very affordable and pretty, but the customer service was what really sold it for us. James was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and not at all pushy. We were so grateful for his easygoing nature, which made us both quite comfortable during our experience here. We had an extremely short deadline to get the ring due to conflicting travels, so he rushed the sizing adjustment at no extra cost and even cleaned our promise rings for us as we shopped!
