I was greeted immediately by Beth the store manager and was so helpful and nice with helping me with what I came in inquiring about. The whole experience was smooth and easy and i Enjoyed the whole checkout process thanks to the helpful staff. Oliver helped me decide what piece Id be purchasing by showing me the selections I was interested in and Beth was helping me out every step of the way, and Marie was very friendly during my checkout asking if i needed anything. Arman at Klon-Dike Jewelry is my personal jeweler because when I was looking for an old-school Figaro chain in 18K, he was able to get me one in a few days at an incredible price. Usually I dont like wearing rings but he had a custom sized gold ring in 18K made for me that is the most comfortable Ive ever worn. Five stars for customer service, quality and price.

DeVon Jenkins I went to shop in my dad’s place for my mom’s Christmas presents, as he’s now too disabled to navigate Auburn’s old town roads safely. The lovely lady who owns the store (her name escapes me at the moment) immediately remembered my dad just by description and knew what I was looking for. When there weren’t any cat earrings, she made a couple pendants into earrings on the spot. I’m thoroughly impressed with the service I received.

Tam Do Okay, so I had a vision for a ring. It was peculiar. A little weird, and definitely a tricky custom job. I was fully expecting to get some strange looks when I described it, but the team at South Coast Jeweler was completely unfazed. The owner and jeweler took on my little project and treated it like a proper collaboration. It felt less like a retail transaction and more like we were just working on a project together. They listened to my ideas, added their own professional input, and the result was a ring that turned out even better than I had pictured. They got it right. And it was finished on time. Also, their diamond selection is surprisingly good. The quality and prices were definitely better than what I was finding after spending way too much time looking online. So, if you have a unique idea and want it done correctly, this is a solid place to go. Highly recommend. custom-made.
