R J This new store is very nice. There’s a lot of options and more variety for different price ranges. Also, the customer service is really good. Everybody is very sweet and kind and patient and very helpful. I highly recommend you check it out. They have amazing gifts and pieces that are a good investment for the price point. Pallavi I have purchased gold many times here and had good experience. Recently I brought natural diamonds and the owner Pradeep is super helpful in making me understand all the details and did all customizations. Best purchase I am happy and highly recommend anyone shopping for natural diamonds, lab diamonds and gold. Btw- I also brought some lab diamond earrings which I got for best price and great for gifting as well. They also have machine which tests the diamonds. One of my friend brought natural diamond from another store and recently found out it’s not real so it’s always best to buy from the right folks. I would definitely buy here again!

Bryan Barnes My wife and I have been going to this pawn shop for years! They have always given us the most money as possible for items, they once bought items from another pawn shop and took over the loan during a hard time, given extensions, they are all incredible! But most recently they did something I cannot believe- a misunderstanding about a jewelry repair “quote” turned into a repair accidentally, instead of charging us —— THEY COVERED ALL OF IT “on the house” !!!!!!!!! My wife’s ring hasn’t looked like this since the day she got it ! So blown away with how amazing JUM-PAWN-IT is … HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!! If I could give 500 stars I would!
