I am horrible with remembering names to reference any one person l, but here that wont matter because everyone in the building will treat you with respect, patience and be happy to show you the same item 10 times without complaint. If anyone in this location is having a bad day, as we all do sometimes, you would never know it, because they are all smiles and focus on each customer that walks in. Being a little older and visiting at least 50 different pawn shops in various states, I can feel when and where I am welcome and my money is appreciated. From my point of view, this is because they have a excellent leader and feel comfortable in their work environment. Such a great team, I just wanted to give a shout out to them all.
