MorAlev I had my first Cartier costumer experience last month. I wanted to have Love series jewelry but didn’t know if they suited me. We just walked in to the shop because my husband wanted to surprise me! And Alex welcomed us with such a gentle manner. Because of him we experienced a magical Cartier style experience, it was very special.. So we ended up buying the Love series ring, earrings and a bracelet. Few days later I decided I might try a bigger size bracelet because I wasn’t sure about the size. Alex again called us immediately to the shop and had me try the bigger size, but I ended up keeping the one I bought. Also bought a love necklace, while I have the other pieces of the series. I am grateful to Alex Esquivel who made our shopping experience so memorable with his gestures and kindness and knowledge. I LOVE them…

Aaron They had everything i needed in one spot. The store layout is easy to understand, and the clothing was well organized. The staff was helpful and friendly. The line was extremely long, but the cashiers were so efficient that the wait time was probably about half what I expected. Great place. Highly recommend.

Neal Benson I really do love stopping in the store with my wife to shop there. She always enjoys checking out everything that they have. As someone has already said the store is a little pricey, but it’s a great little spot in our local town. But I really want to buy here is the chairs out front. They look super rad to be able to sit on with my kids in the front yard or in the backyard. The store has some very creative items that you’re not gonna find elsewhere. They have some books that are available. I just went in and found some great Christmas ornaments. Make sure to check out the pictures on them

Ricky O I had an outstanding experience at Alberts Jewelry Loan Pawnshop! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions. I was especially impressed by how they verified the authenticity of the two vintage SNES video games I wanted to buy. They even took them apart in front of me to show the original circuit boards! I cant recommend this place highly enough!

Carol King Yoga ER Sawyer is the best place in Santa Rosa for whatever you need or want. Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.
