Heymy Ceballos terrible customer service, after you already bought from them, they treat you like a crazy person and laugh in your face, the manager himself, when they reduce ring sizes they damage the shape and steal the "gold" that is left over, now I have doubts if the jewels are authentic, how sad that they play with people like that. I will do whatever it takes to file a formal complaint.

Doug was a really nice person and a great help for my fiancée and I. He was able resize her brand new engagement ring in a very fast and convenient time compare to very long waits at other places. I will 100% be coming back here for now on for all my jewelry needs.
