This business went above and beyond to provide not just professional services, but genuine care and compassion. From the very first interaction, Alisha (owner) treated me with kindness and understanding, making an unbearable situation feel a little less overwhelming. What truly set her apart was the no pressure tactics I received at the competitor’s locations. I valued my inherited possessions more than they did. She was patient, empathetic, and always available to answer my questions or simply listen when I needed to talk. She even suggested to keep something in memory. I have trust issues, so I was reluctant to sell to anyone, but not Alisha. Crowd Gold Exchange gave me more than I expected and a bunch more I was quoted elsewhere. Makes it easier to let go of some things my mom passed on to me. I did get to have some coffee while she was testing things and she offered to test my ring in store to show the potential buyer it’s real if I do end up selling it on Facebook marketplace.
