1 /5 Neshea Harrison: Okay I normally dont like to rate a business this low unless its really bad, and the experience was horrible. My niece whos in college went to this kiosk to purchase a gold chain for her jade pendant. The sales clerk who I believe is the sister to the owner, sold her a 22"hollow chain. It was so light until it broke by the time she got home. She took the chain back and Kevin Lee repaired it. Well she put the chain back on with no pendant and it broke again in the same place. By this time I decided to go to the shop myself and ask, "Why did they sale the chain knowing that the pendant was too heavy?" Her response was," People dont want to spend money for expensive jewelry." That really annoyed me because they did not even ask her. The store has a no refund policy, exchange and store credit only. They wanted to give us the BROKE chain after they repaired it a 3rd time which I felt was not right. After going back and forth, they gave my niece a new chain but stamped "FINAL SALE" on the receipt. I told my niece next time go to Kay, Zales, Robertos, or Jared. Put it on lay-a-way if you need to just stay the hell away from those kiosk.
