Jeannie Wright Temecula finally has a first class jewelry and watch store! I want to buy my husband a very special watch for his 70th birthday and I found this jewelry store by the promenade mall. A wonderful selection and a wonderful staff. The owner helped me select a beautiful watch and gave me a great deal. The showroom is beautiful. You need to take a look at this place before you go anywhere else. I have shopped in the nicest jewelry stores in Europe and the US this place ranks right up there.

Sarah Carr Jennifer Perez and Madison took such great care of me when I came in for my appointment this week. I am new to wearing jewelry and they helped me a tremendous amount in navigating my engagement ring search. They helped me review different diamonds and settings and were very helpful in answering all of my questions. It was truly a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend!

Elizabeth Lee A very special and unique store. One of the oldest metaphysical stores in Santa Cruz County. They used to be in Capitola Village. A great addition to Soquel Village. In addition to being a gem shop with custom jewelry, tarot and oracle decks, and creative clothing, they also offer Intuitive, Energy and Tarot readings. They have a healing room as well as a group room. Sometimes they host Psychic Fair events. A terrific group of people here. Check them out!

LizaH The staff are usually very helpful and not snobby. Service has been efficient in the past. I have ordered a ring before but this recent order, I was told to expect it in a weeks time. When I called the store for the status on the ring I was told my order had not even been processed. This was 5 days later from when I first went into the store. I was told that the focus was getting new Merchandise out to the store and to expect my order at least 2 more weeks. I am not sure I want to do business with this company again.

Ashley Draper A co-worker had bought some items and wore them to work. I like the items and asked where she purchased them. She told me I had to check out this store. She also mentioned to me they offer one half price item during your birthday month. I ventured to the store while doing some Christmas shopping and was greeted immediately. I was asked if I needed help and I said I was just looking around. She then explained the layout of the store and showed me where the new items were. I browsed around for a bit which was a tad difficult since I had my 7 year old with me but everyone was very nice to him and made him feel welcome. I found a necklace I fell in love with and asked about the half off during your birthday month. They said yes they offer that deal, you just need to show your drivers license. Check out was quick and easy and my receipt was emailed to me. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. The store was nicely organized and clean. I would not hesitate to return to purchase more.

We spent three hours (yes, three!) trying to find the perfect ring, and NOT once did she lose her patience even though I kept changing my mind about the stones, colors, and sizes. She was so accommodating, helpful, and honestly just fun to be around! Her sense of humor made the whole experience feel like we were shopping with a friend, not just a supervisor. She gave us honest opinions, great suggestions, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her good vibes and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful search really enjoyable.
