Vader Mau5 I saw Paul for my engagement ring appraisal. I really appreciated him waiting for me since I got a flat tire right before my appointment. He took his time explaining the cost of the ring and what it takes to make a ring like mine and he seemed genuinely excited about explaining the process. He was fairly quick in his responses to me when I scheduled the appointment and was quick to send me the documents for my insurance. I really appreciate this experience because most professionals in jewelry talk down to people that don’t know anything about jewelry. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and will come back when I acquire more jewelry.

Janet Steigerwald Dolly is a kick to work with. Shes super bubbly and knows her stuff. If you take her basic jewelry class youll come home with a swirl bracelet. The items she teaches are jewelry youd want to wear, at price not much more than just buying it outright. And youll have the skills to make many more items. Classes are up to 6 people but usually only one or two. Tools are provided so no costly outlay up front.

Abbey did an amazing job redesigning my wedding ring a few years back and it was perfect. This past year we celebrated our 40th Anniversary and yet again she hit the mark. Debbie Chou We found a ring design online that we really liked, but it wasn’t available in platinum. Design Jewelers was able to make custom rings in platinum for us — and we love the result! They were also able to accommodate our timeline and finished the rings in just one week, which we really appreciated. One suggestion for others making custom rings: provide as many details as possible up front. We had envisioned a mirror-polished finish, but the reference we sent actually had a matte look. Our rings were made with a matte finish initially, but when we realized the mismatch, Design Jewelers kindly polished them for us at no extra charge (even with engravings inside the rings) — and we were able to pick them up the very next day! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend them for custom wedding rings!

Candace Howard I absolutely love this product and the company! My rings are beautiful. So smooth and pretty. I’ve had them for almost two months and have never taken them off. I shower in them, use lotion and oils. They do not/have not tarnished, faded or changed in any way. I have sensitive skin and metal allergies so i can’t wear any and all jewelry. But this has not given me any issues whatsoever. The owner was so helpful and patient with me, and had no problems communicating and answering questions. It was a very personal experience like I was shopping in store. She helped me ensure I was getting the correct sizes. And I really appreciate all her hard work and personal touches to make this experience great for her customers. I can’t say thank you enough.
