Karen Contreras-Ortega I went in with an idea, not really looking over their inventory… just showing pictures of things I found online and wanting it to come to life. I was heard, respected, valued, and very much taken care of. Some customization had to take place but it was all done in house with reasonable pricing and timeframes. And let me tell you… their recommendations and the overall outcome of the final product superseded what I thought I wanted at the beginning. Alberto Rios Went to serenity permanent jewelry to gift my daughter a nice bracelet for her birthday . Once I got there she had so much selection and quality . Maggie was very helpful and comforting for my daughter to make a choice on what she wanted . She was super nice . I left satisfied with the bracelet she got and her pricing is fair compare to the other permanent jewelry I went to around that area . Def will be going back to add to the bracelet collection .
