From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. Leandra took the time to understand the preferences I wanted the ring to be and helped guide me through the entire selection process with expert advice. She really listened to what I was looking for and offered suggestions that perfectly matched my vision on this custom ring. My husband and I live in Arizona, but after reading all the great feedback, we decided to stop by—and it was absolutely worth the trip. They have a great and helpful team. We primarily worked with Leandra, and she was truly wonderful. She was kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient, especially with my indecisiveness. She gave us so many options and never made us feel rushed or pressured. Most importantly, she made us feel completely comfortable throughout the entire process, which meant a lot since shopping for a diamond wedding ring set can feel intimidating. We are beyond happy with my rings—it’s absolutely beautiful and came out exactly as we envisioned. We’d gladly work with Leandra at Icing On The Ring again in the future, even from out of state. The process was simple and easy once we knew what diamond we wanted. We were able to create the ring my fiancé wanted in my budget. The service was top tier and so was the rings shop.
