321Joel! Was very impressed with this store. Not only do they have delicate fine jewelry, but also approachable prices for fashion jewelry. A sales associate, I believe Megan, greeted me with a lovely smile and presence. She not only had recommendations for me, but also answered all of my inquiries. I felt valued from the moment I walk in until check out. I even came back to the store later to ask for wrapping and she happily accommodated me. I was very impressed.

Ive visited estate jewelry stores in multiple cities and states and have yet to stumble into one that has as extensive a collection as this one. The owners are delightful, friendly and helpful. They even sized my gorgeous estate ring purchase quickly enough that I was able to pick it up before the end of my trip. Love this store and the ring! Ill definitely be back! ❤️

The process was so easy and fun and now my boyfriend knows my exact dream ring to get when he is ready! I recommend going in because what I thought I wanted was actually changed because in person viewing is very different than online. Gaming_ Rima Stopped by this place to see about getting a watch, I was greeted by Tammie, who gladly showed me many watches. I asked for help finding one that would fit my style, seeing as I have a delicate wrist and didnt want anything too bulky. She pointed out a beautiful one, womens, and I took it. She set it for me, showed me how it worked, and answered all my questions about the watch flawlessly (if it was waterproof, if it would need battery replacements, cleaning it, etc). She even resized it for me and made sure I was happy with how it fit on me. 100% would reccommend going to Zales, especially with Tammie there.
