Aliza Braunstein I can’t recommend Gold Star enough, especially if you’re looking for custom and inspired jewelry. David at Gold Star has helped me bring my visions to life for beautiful jewelry to commemorate my babies. Highly, highly, highly recommend visiting them for all your jewelry needs, but especially push presents or sentimental gifts. David has been professional, kind, fair, creative, and just, in general, has great taste. I do not plan to buy commercial jewelry from here on out — I’ll just ask Gold Star to source / make everything for me. Support a small, talented, local business instead of going straight to a big chain or online retailer — I promise you they’ll exceed expectations.

Katelyn Hardman Kendra at Kay Jeweler’s was absolutely amazing!! She helped my fiancé & I create my custom wedding band with such ease. Throughout the entire process, she was constantly keeping us updated, very communicative, helpful, and overall kind. She was an incredible listener and advocate in expressing exactly what we envisioned for my ring and helped to make it a reality. I really appreciate all her help with completing this step in our wedding and would 100% working with her!

Donna Reckner I went in to get a small diamond replacement for my wedding band, but after talking to the really nice woman named Alissa, we discussed a ring upgrade. She spent time showing me rings that I could buy along with the trade in for my wedding band set. She showed me a few rings and then she showed me a ring that I didnt know I wanted but it was gorgeous. They gave me a great price on the ring with my trade in and I was very happy. Alissa was so friendly and wonderful and helped me make a great purchase! I really love the ring and I am so happy I went there that day! The manager was also super friendly! Trevor & Chelsea Scott We were traveling to San Jose and brought my daughter and her friend to the Kendra Scott store and had the absolute best experience! The employees made them feel so special and made them necklaces with their birthstones in them and chatted with them the whole time. They felt so special! They were so kind and wonderful. I will be recommending this store to all of my friends. We will be back as this is a location that we travel to often.

M K I bought a bracelet from here and at the same time they showed a gold Kara to another customer and forgot it on the weighing machine and when we started going back home they did not let us go out and made us stand at the door until they got the kara, while we were away from those customers. It was very embarrassing for us. They dont know how to behave with a customer. Very unprofessional.
