3 /5 Megan Wolfe-Polgar: I wish I could give Geoffrey’s 5 stars because my ring itself was absolutely stunning and everything I wanted. However, I felt the communication was really bad. After designing my ring with my fiancée, he paid for it in full and we proceeded to wait while it was made. This is where things went wrong. First, the CAD designs took weeks to come in after we were originally told it would take a week. When we reached out to ask about the designs, we never got an email back. We finally got the designs with little explanation as to why they were so delayed (they got back upped). Then, my fiancée had given them a specific date (a couple months down the line) to which he was proposing and needed the ring by. They said that they would make it happened. It came to the week before he was proposing and he still hadn’t heard anything. He emailed multiple times over the week with no response back before eventually calling and reaching someone. Essentially, after quite a bit of push back we got the ring an hour before we left for our trip and the proposal was beautiful. While I understand being delayed during busy season, as a customer who has paid thousands of dollars, all we were looking for was a bit of communication. If we had been updated better throughout the process, there would be no issue. However, the waiting and never hearing back after multiple emails was super stressful especially after putting down so much money.
